The Position

Do you speak excellent English with a passion for sales? Do you want to work for a 100% Costa Rican based company that values your talent and offers you a competitive salary and commission? 

Dialworx is looking for fluent English speaking agents who can make outbound calls to potential customers and transfer them to our clients’ sales representatives.

As a lead generation agent, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to prospects and qualifying them based on their needs and interests.
• Transferring the qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives of our clients.
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; and recommending improved procedures.

To be successful in this role, consider:

• Fluent English language skills (required).
• Inside or outside sales experience (preferred). 
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Verbal communication, phone skills, listening, data entry skills, people skills, sales skills, live transfer skills, customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and multi-tasking skills.

Job Details

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: ₡450,000.00 – ₡550,000.00 + commissions per month

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m)

Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred – Not Required)
