The Position:

Do you speak excellent English with a passion for sales? Do you want to work for a 100% Costa Rican based company that values your talent and offers you a competitive salary and commission? 

To be successful in this role, consider:

• Fluent English language skills (required).
• Inside or outside sales experience (preferred). 
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Verbal communication, phone skills, listening, data entry skills, people skills, sales skills, live transfer skills, customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to all customer requests received by phone or email in an accurate and timely fashion (inbound and/or outbound as required)
• Provide customers with information about their products and/or services
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements (where applicable)
• Update customer files with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines
• Problem solving to find the best solution with each customer

Job Details

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: ₡450,000.00 – ₡550,000.00 + commissions per month

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m)

Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred – Not Required)
